We are currently in search of a dedicated Customer Escalation Resolution Expert to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in addressing and resolving complex customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Role Overview:
As a key member of our support team, you will tackle the most intricate customer challenges with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Your ability to listen actively and empathize with customers will be crucial in diffusing tense situations and finding effective solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating strong technical skills.
- A knack for problem-solving in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of complex cases, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with internal standards.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, providing updates and insights as escalations progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of the solar industry and SunPower products.
