Primary Responsibilities:

- Address customer grievances, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within specified timeframes; ensure follow-up for resolution.
- Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Recognize and escalate priority issues to the relevant department or supervisor.
- Deliver precise information regarding products and services.
- Efficiently process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance processes and service quality.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and updates to provide accurate information.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with call center technology and software.
