Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Planet Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops and classes for clients
- Provide case management support to clients
- Assist with writing resumes for clients
- Support in data entry, such as entering case notes
- Log clients into the Learning Management system
- Scan client IDs and print HRA referrals
- Greet orientation clients and sign them in
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Facilitation experience (has led a workshop or class)
- MS Office proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Social services or non-profit experience
- Case management experience
- Has helped with resume writing or workforce training
About the Role:
This is a contract position with the opportunity to go permanent if the candidate performs well. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitation, case management, and social services.
