Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee comprehensive marketing strategies for skincare brands.
- Lead the development of creative marketing concepts and initiatives.
- Coordinate with creative agencies to produce engaging video content for digital platforms.
- Manage social media partnerships to ensure effective content creation and community engagement.
- Act as the brand authority, cultivating a deep understanding of products and brand positioning while advocating for brand voice and marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with channel marketing teams to enhance brand performance across various platforms, including Web, Digital, Amazon, and Retail.
- Serve as a brand champion, developing product positioning through insights into target consumers, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Brand Marketing or CPG Product Marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in the beauty sector, particularly in anti-aging skincare.
- Exceptional project management, time management, and budget oversight skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Proactive and initiative-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to evolving strategies.
Work Environment:
- Office-based role with a multi-story building layout.
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.

- Frequent use of office technology and communication with colleagues.
- Capacity to assimilate technical information and apply it effectively.
