Guthy-Renker Ventures LLC is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our beauty and skincare brands.
About the Role
We are looking for a marketing professional with a passion for the beauty and skincare industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing marketing and creative efforts for beauty and skincare brands, with a focus on direct-response and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute omni-channel marketing strategies for beauty and skincare brands.
- Lead the development of creative concepts and marketing efforts for those brands.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies to craft and brainstorm videos for social and digital channels.
- Oversee content creation and community management for social media channels.
- Be the internal expert on the brand(s) managed, developing deep knowledge of the products and brand positioning.
- Collaborate with channel marketing to grow brand performance across existing and new channels.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in brand marketing or CPG product marketing.
- Experience in beauty, including anti-aging skincare.
- Superior project, time, and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
