Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a skilled Patient Access Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our patient access department, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately assign medical records numbers and conduct medical necessity checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Operate the telephone switchboard, providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Pre-register patient accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Review eligibility responses and select insurance plan codes to optimize patient care.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1+ years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Certifications and Training:

A CRCR certification is required within 6 months of hire, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in patient access.
