  • Productivity and Accuracy: Meet or exceed expected productivity and accuracy standards, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Clinical Collaboration: Collaborate with clinical partners to optimize patient communication, clinic flow, and ongoing care.
  • Quality Improvement: Actively engage in activities to enhance the patient experience, including encouragement of the patient satisfaction survey.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Experience: Administrative support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Certifications: None required, but relevant certifications may be preferred
