  • Collaborate with residents, families, staff, and community organizations to coordinate engaging activities.
  • Establish and manage a volunteer program to support facility initiatives.
  • Assess and address the emotional, recreational, and social requirements of residents.
  • Engage in Care Plan meetings to ensure holistic patient care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an Activity Supervisor role is advantageous.
  • Self-driven individual with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates patience, enthusiasm, and a positive demeanor.
  • Experience in a Long Term Care environment is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and proficient in English.
