Sales Growth Manager

As a Sales Growth Manager at Formerra LLC, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Create and present compelling sales pitches and proposals.
- Manage and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform future strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in distribution, manufacturing, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year
