About Us

Amtraco is a dynamic organization seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our industrial sales territory in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing trade show contacts, and collaborating with our engineering department to develop custom applications within your territory.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, successful candidates can earn a generous commission and bonuses.

Job Responsibilities

  • Becoming a team leader and team player to achieve quarterly and annual goals.
  • Managing trade show contacts to generate sales growth.
  • Prospecting for new customers and maintaining established clients through proactive and forward-thinking strategies.
  • Collaborating with the engineering department on custom applications within the territory.
  • Holding a home office and field freedom while having support from headquarters.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of work experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of field sales experience.
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and various software applications.
  • A self-motivated individual needing minimal direction.
  • Cognitive reasoning skills to see solutions beyond the initial steps of an activity.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Above-average verbal and written communication skills.
  • A clean driving record.
