About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Viessmann Climate Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing our sales representatives, driving growth, and exceeding sales expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, develop, and coach a high-performing sales team.
  • Analyze the market to achieve profitability, growth, and market penetration.
  • Increase business opportunities within accounts, generate a high level of activity, and manage opportunities from sales cycle to close.
  • Establish and maintain personal long-term customer relationships to influence opportunities.
  • Execute growth strategies for the sales team consistent with the overall business strategy.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of sales or management experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
