C4ISR Software Integration Expert

Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is in search of a dedicated Software Integration Specialist to contribute to a significant initiative within the defense sector. This role is essential for supporting integration efforts across various software platforms and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive software integration assistance for both destructive and nondestructive builds on Windows and Linux systems.
- Utilize automation tools to compile source code and facilitate the integration of Government Off The Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) software.
- Engage with Tactical Data Systems (TDSs) and software platforms to ensure effective data exchange and interface management.
- Oversee integration lab operations, including network setup, configuration, and maintenance, along with hardware and software installations.
- Promote a collaborative team environment to enhance overall performance and mentor junior team members.
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in C4ISR engineering, software development, or integration programs.
- Proficiency in compiling source code and familiarity with operating system scripting and software patching.
- Expertise in schema development, software assurance, and secure coding practices.
- Knowledge of modern technologies such as cloud computing, virtualization, and machine learning.
- Experience in conducting integration-level quality assurance testing to ensure compliance with established requirements.
- Subject matter expertise in DoD systems, including experience with Command and Control systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Experience with platforms such as VMware, PowerShell, and various operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of successful collaboration across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional or Red Hat Certified System Administrator are desirable.
- Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active SECRET clearance.
- This position requires travel and is not remote.
