Executive Kitchen Manager

Din Tai Fung is seeking an experienced Executive Kitchen Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting the brand's expectations.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, controlling costs and minimizing waste.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback.
- Restaurant Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in a kitchen management role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certifications: Manager's Food Handler's Card.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: $100,000.00 - $116,000.00 per year.
