As a Top Tier provider of advanced server, storage, and networking solutions, we are seeking an experienced Sr. Business Development Manager to join our Headquarters in San Jose. This role will focus on developing new business with enterprise clients, leading to revenue opportunities.

We are looking for a self-motivated and aggressive sales professional who can amaze us with their sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server products or sales/marketing environment, with a minimum of 8 years of experience. They will be able to work positively under deadlines and constraints, result-oriented and attentive to detail.

The Sr. Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Approaching customers in the supercomputing field and cold calling
  • General Sales training scheduled by annual program or based on request from channel sales training kits creation
  • Concentrating on Net New Logos and Accounts
  • Qualifying opportunities; creating target lists for vertical markets
  • Strategically positioning Super Micro's products and services
  • Promoting the right product to the right customer
  • Developing relationships, communicating product and market information
  • Developing superior customer service relationships with prospects and working with sales teams to close deals
  • Identifying business opportunities
  • Working as part of a team and closely with other departments within the organization

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $176,000, depending on several factors, including location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
