The Pacific Northwest offers a unique blend of stunning natural beauty and urban sophistication, making it an ideal location for medical professionals looking to advance their careers. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our flagship Cardiology practice in the region.
As a Medical Director with our practice, you will have the opportunity to work with a prestigious private cardiology practice that is still growing, with a collaborative and supportive work environment that emphasizes research opportunities. You will also have the chance to pursue partnership and ownership after one year, which is a unique benefit that sets our practice apart from others.
The schedule for this role is 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with light call of 1:19 (paid call). This allows for a good work-life balance, which is essential for maintaining a healthy and fulfilling career.
The compensation package for this role is highly competitive, with a potential annual income of $975,000+. This includes a partnership track, with a signing bonus and starting bonus, retention bonus, and business allowance. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and medical malpractice coverage. Strategic and quality incentives, as well as a flexible clinic and vacation schedule, are also included.
The location of our practice is a major draw for many medical professionals. The Pacific Northwest is known for its stunning natural beauty, with the Rogue River, Crater Lake National Park, and the Cascade Mountains all within easy reach. The region also offers mild temperatures year-round, making it an ideal place to enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and biking. In the winter, you can enjoy skiing and other winter sports at nearby ski areas.
As a Medical Director with our practice, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. We are a healthcare staffing company that was founded in 2009 and focused on placing physicians and advanced practitioners in permanent, temporary, and executive-level roles. In 2020, we were purchased by the Silicon Valley tech company, Doximity, which has allowed us to combine the people side of our business with technology to do healthcare staffing in a different way.
We use better data to find incredible talent with less hassle, combining the heart and hard work of experienced recruiters with the intelligent technology of Doximity. The result is a commitment and ability to find people who care about delivering high-quality patient care.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Medical Director to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care. If you are passionate about cardiology and want to be part of a dynamic and supportive team, we encourage you to apply for this role.
