Job Overview

Cooperative for Human Services Inc. is a multi-service organization providing residential services, independent living supports, and guardianship services for adults with intellectual, developmental, and other related disabilities.

We are seeking compassionate leaders to fill the role of Assistant Program Manager in our residential programs.

As an Assistant Program Manager, you will work closely with individuals, ensuring their daily needs are met while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the program, collaborating with the Manager to ensure operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement routines that promote individual growth and well-being
  • Build meaningful relationships with individuals, fostering a supportive community
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including laundry, cleaning, cooking, and personal care
  • Promote engaging activities based on individual interests, such as walks, art, music, and exercise
  • Administer medications as required
  • Provide transportation as needed
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals by monitoring relationships for abuse/neglect, responding to health and medical needs, and reporting emergencies
