About the Role

STAND 8 is a global leader in providing end-to-end IT solutions, empowering businesses to drive innovation and growth. We are seeking a skilled and innovative CRM Engineer to join our team, responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a wide range of CRM deployments across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Support: Provide expert support for MS Dynamics/CRM applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Cloud Flow Development: Develop, test, and implement Microsoft Powerautomate Cloud Flows to automate business processes.
  • Azure Function Apps: Update and support Microsoft Azure Function Apps to enhance system functionality.
  • Azure Logic Apps: Update and support Microsoft Azure Logic Apps to streamline business processes.
  • Proof of Concepts: Develop and test new functionalities through Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Custom Feature Development: Develop, test, and implement custom features and processes in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Business Case Creation: Participate in creating business cases and estimating work to drive project success.
  • Best Practices: Recommend and implement best practices to enhance system efficiency.
  • Consultation: Consult with business stakeholders to modernize business processes using Powerautomate, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
  • Communication: Assist in communicating new features and releases to users.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain application solution documentation.
  • User Guides: Assist in writing user guides for newly developed applications.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and troubleshoot performance or other issues as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on CRM experience, 2+ years of building PowerApps and Flow structure-driven Apps, and 5+ years of IT experience.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think critically and independently, and experience with D365 CRM (Power platform, power automate, Apps), C#,.NET development, Portal Development, Power BI, Azure, and the ability to apply that expertise to development activities.
  • Additional Requirements: At least 3 years of hands-on development experience with CRM solutions, D365/CRM, and/or Power Platform experience, experience with Integration within the M365 ecosystem, and Microsoft Dataverse/Common Data Service.
