Position Overview

The Customer Relationship Management Specialist will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of diverse CRM solutions across various platforms. This role requires collaboration with architecture, user experience, and other development teams, alongside engagement with the business community.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide ongoing support for Microsoft Dynamics/CRM applications.
- Update and maintain Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows.
- Support Microsoft Azure Function Apps and Logic Apps.
- Assist in the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to evaluate new functionalities.
- Design, test, and implement D365 Power Automate and associated Cloud Flows.
- Create, test, and deploy custom features and processes within Microsoft Dynamics.
- Participate in the creation of business cases and work estimations.
- Recommend and apply best practices for the organization.
- Consult with business units to modernize processes using Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Communicate new feature releases to users effectively.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive application solution documentation.
- Assist in crafting user guides for newly developed applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues as necessary.
- Availability for on-call and after-hours support may be required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively, communicating professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Demonstrated expertise in D365 CRM (Power Platform, Power Automate, Apps), C#, .NET development, Portal Development, Power BI, and Azure, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with CRM solutions, with a preference for D365/CRM and/or Power Platform experience.

- Familiarity with integration within the M365 ecosystem and Microsoft Dataverse/Common Data Service.

- Experience with Common Data Services such as Dataverse and integration with CRM solutions like Dynamics 365.

- Proven experience in building PowerApps and Flow structure-driven applications.

- Experience working within an Agile delivery team.

Education Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of practical CRM experience.
- 2+ years of experience in building PowerApps and Flow structure-driven applications.
- 5+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with critical and independent thinking skills.
