- Minimum of 10 years of experience in non-profit fundraising, with a proven track record of securing significant philanthropic investments.
- Experience in team management, with a strong ability to inspire, develop, and mentor development staff.
- Outstanding cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced professional development training, such as the CFRE, preferred.
- A competitive salary range of $129,566 - $215,944 per year, based on full years of experience.
