Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Hotel Front Desk Attendant to join our team at The Sire Hotel Lexington, Tapestry by Hilton. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage guest information and room assignments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process payments and handle guest transactions with precision
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest rooms are ready and amenities are available
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or guest services role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
