Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with Avion Hospitality, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay for our valued customers. Your primary duties will include registering guests, making and modifying reservations, and providing information on hotel services and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Make and modify reservations, as well as handle requests for information and mail
  • Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
  • Answer guest inquiries regarding restaurants, transportation, and entertainment
  • Establish and maintain good communication and teamwork with fellow associates and other departments
  • Be aware of all rates, packages, and special promotions, as well as closed-out and restricted dates
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner
  • Fully comprehend and operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in a related field helpful
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
