Wound Care Specialist

Trios Health is seeking a skilled Wound Care Specialist to join our team in Kennewick, WA. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to patients with wound management needs.
Job Summary
This position is responsible for coordinating wound care services, conducting patient assessments, and developing individualized plans of care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in wound management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to identify wound management needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to promote wound healing and prevent complications
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Washington
- Experience in wound management and patient care coordination
Salary Range: $51,415 - $93,345 per year
