At Cynet Health, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Critical Care RN Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care in a Medical ICU with minimal cardiac care. You will work collaboratively with a team and hold each other accountable to best practices, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Intensive Care Unit setting. They will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively manage electronic health records using Paragon. Experience with equipment such as the Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) is preferred, but not required.

In this role, you will care for patients with sepsis, respiratory issues, and some cardiac and trauma conditions. You will also have the opportunity to serve a diverse patient population, including geriatric and adult patients. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks effectively.

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. This position requires a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification is preferred.
