Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Wound Care Manager to join our team at Trios Health. In this role, you will be responsible for processing patients during their visit, including greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying information, and preparing patient paperwork.

You will also communicate with insurance companies, submit billing, and collect payments. Additionally, you will update medical files, handle records requests, obtain documents needed for insurance, and maintain office supplies.

This is a safety-sensitive position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments
  • Verify patient information and prepare paperwork
  • Communicate with insurance companies and submit billing
  • Collect payments and update medical files
  • Maintain office supplies and perform other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
