About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Wound Care Specialist to join our team at Trios Health. This role is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to plan, provide and evaluate patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop individualized Plans of Care according to unit standards and patient needs
  • Deliver nursing care following Washington State Nursing Care Quality Assurance Commission rules and regulations, current nursing practice standards and hospital policies
  • Administer medication within licensure and TRIOS HEALTH policies
  • Maintain standards for quality care through ongoing assessment and evaluation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's degree in nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred)
