Critical Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at Emerald Health Services in Seattle.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled ICU travel nurse to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team. As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Providing direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
To be successful as a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will need:
- A valid RN license in Washington state.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Experience with medical ICU and TNCC preferred.
