Key Responsibilities:

In our dynamic team setting, you will collaborate with customers and Account Managers to identify products and services, address customer needs, and foster positive business relationships.

  • Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, process orders, and manage returns.
  • Source necessary parts.
  • Assist in driving sales initiatives.
  • Support stockroom operations and deliver orders as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably in an industrial distribution or parts counter setting.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
