We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Marquee Staffing. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers via phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with setup and use of mobile applications for iOS and Android devices.
  • Educate customers on the setup and use of their mobile app, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
  • Provide recommendations for improving the support process and escalating calls to other team members when necessary.
  • Document each call in a case ticketing system, ensuring accurate and detailed records.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic, including reading and writing.
  • Customer-friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills.
  • Technical aptitude to learn and follow instructions.
  • Strong working knowledge of Apple iOS and Android devices.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to research solutions and work independently on tasks.
  • Home Wi-Fi required - monthly stipend provided.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in teams and individually with minimal supervision.
  • Good documentation skills.
  • This role will be 100% remote, with a laptop and headset provided.
  • Department operates 24/7, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Education: High School Diploma or GED - Bachelor's degree or certificate preferred.
