About the Role

Diageo is a leading beverage alcohol company with a diverse portfolio of brands across spirits and beer. As a Business Development Director, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth and consumer excitement for our brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement category-specific commercial plans to drive sales and market share growth.
  • Collaborate with external distributor partners to ensure delivery of financial and executional performance.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through flawless execution, memorable brand marketing, and effective activation.
  • Lead and develop a high-performance sales team to achieve volume and profit targets.
  • Manage and allocate resources to drive business growth and profitability.
About You

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in market development and sales. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree and minimum 5+ years of experience in market development and selling.
  • Proven successes in achieving volume and profit targets.
  • Complete understanding of beverage/alcohol business math and ability to identify opportunities.
  • Experience in field sales, distributor management, and leading teams.
  • Consistent track record of managing and developing a high-performance sales team.
What We Offer

Diageo offers a competitive salary range of $144,750 - $241,250, as well as additional rewards, including annual incentive payment and stock awards.
