We are looking for experienced Account Managers who focus on long-term relationships with our customers, providing them with innovative solutions to develop their events.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets to ensure we hit our target upsell and ACV
  • Collaborating with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth client journey and touchpoints
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to address client needs efficiently
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals effectively
  • Maintaining and managing pipelines in CRM systems (experience with HubSpot or Pipedrive is a plus)

Requirements include:

  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Solid experience working in a B2B sales/account management role, responsible for renewals and upselling, with key clients being SMEs and Enterprise
  • Outstanding customer service and sales skills to ensure we respond efficiently to our client needs
  • Experience with upselling and maximizing account revenue
  • A consultative selling and account management approach
  • Experience of working with and managing pipelines in a CRM - HubSpot or Pipedrive experience is a plus

This is a Permanent, Full-time position (40h per week), on an Independent Contractor status.
