Position Summary

The Additive Manufacturing Specialist (Sales Representative) plays a crucial role in enhancing the Additive Manufacturing Business Unit by generating leads, acquiring new clients, managing renewals, and nurturing qualified sales opportunities. Our team thrives on a self-starting attitude and high energy, focused on increasing visibility, growth, and sales in alignment with the company's overarching goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine enthusiasm for the 3D printing sector and demonstrate a successful sales track record. They should effectively communicate this passion in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders and potential leads.

This position is hybrid and does not offer relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with accounts, ensuring accurate tracking and maintenance of data within our corporate CRM system.
  • Collaborate with prospective clients to identify opportunities for integrating 3D printing into their operations.
  • Work alongside internal and external sales teams to develop targeted territories and innovate strategies for securing new accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with sales team members to prioritize prospecting efforts and account targeting.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity metrics and KPIs set by sales management.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all EAC products and services.
  • Address objections and clearly communicate value propositions and service offerings.
  • Utilize various communication methods to achieve activity metrics.
  • Present sales offerings to clients and team members using tools such as MS PowerPoint.
  • Participate in in-person or virtual sales demonstrations, trade shows, and other events.
  • Perform additional duties as required by company needs.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 1-3+ years of sales experience, ideally in technology or software sectors.
  • Must exhibit enthusiasm, confidence, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to quickly process information and effectively address objections.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with sales teams to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks, multitask, and meet corporate goals under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with focus and discipline.
  • Willingness to attend after-hours events as needed.
  • Consistent performance with high collaboration and output.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: Base annual salary starting at $60K for this full-time role, plus commission.
