Job Title: Sales Manager

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our leadership team at our NEW location opening in Glendale, AZ.

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the Sales Team in executing targeted sales programs to drive pre-sold group business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and work with various levels of staff members and leaders.

Responsibilities:
  • Interface with clients on all aspects of group events, including site inspections, qualifying leads, menu selection, and contracts.
  • Interface site operations to ensure execution of site events.
  • Represent AIKG at Hospitality/Trade Events.
  • Process POS purchases.
  • Responsible for a quality guest experience and recovery.
  • Ability to empower staff to deliver excellent standard of service.
  • Ensure the highest level of quality product and service.
  • Build productive trusting relationships with clients and guests.
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Successfully achieve or exceed quarterly individual goals.
  • Lead follow up and generation.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with inbound Sales.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Solid fundamentals in MS Office.
  • Work a varying days, nights, holidays and weekends.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • At least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three years minimum of Sales leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Current trainer, team lead or shift leader if internal brand applicant.
  • Ability to motivate and work with various levels of staff members and leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and delegate authority where appropriate.
  • Proven leadership and team skills.
  • Strong administrative skills.

Physical Requirements:
  • Walk, sit or stand for extended periods of time.

  • The work environment may include bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds.
  • Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
  • Be able to understand, follow and maintain safety standards at all times.
