Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer base and top-line revenue in specified market segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects through regular sales calls and on-site visits
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers and prospects regarding property facilities and services
  • Enhance customer relations and increase business for the property
  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls and business activities using Hotel SalesPro
Requirements
  • Previous outside sales experience with a proven track record of success in finding and closing new business opportunities
  • Strong customer service skills, including problem-solving and complaint resolution
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment and discretion
  • Reliability and honesty
