About the Role:

The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Huntington Learning Center of Rochester MN. This includes conducting monthly follow-up parent conferences, meeting with school teachers and guidance counselors, and assessing student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting monthly follow-up parent conferences to ensure student progress and satisfaction
  • Meeting regularly with school teachers and guidance counselors to discuss student progress and develop strategies for improvement
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress, making alterations to individual student programs as required
  • Participating in local community and school-based marketing initiatives to promote the center's services
  • Administering initial evaluations and assisting new students in their academic journey
  • Assuming center daily management responsibilities in the absence of the Center Director

Requirements:

  • A 4-year degree in a relevant field
  • 2-5 years of experience in education, management, or a related field
  • An enthusiastic, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
  • Motivation to take the initiative to ensure a student's time at the center is memorable
  • Assertive communication skills
  • A confident and flexible demeanor
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of self-motivation
