Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Growth Officer to join our team at Mayo Collaborative Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy that drives business expansion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with Mayo Clinic's overall business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive relationship building and strategic partnerships
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute business plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • MD or equivalent degree and experience as a practicing physician
  • Bachelor's and MBA focused in Management/Entrepreneurship/Finance
  • Proven track record of advising, identifying, and leading merger and acquisition activity
  • Demonstrated success as an executive leader capable of leading change at complex and mature Fortune 500 companies
  • Successive growth in leadership, responsibility, influence, and seniority within corporate business environments
  • Demonstrated ability to form long-term strategic business relationships
  • Healthcare-related business transformational strategy formulation and execution experience
  • Identify and communicate with potential investors, partners, and prospective clients to generate new revenue pathways
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate complex concepts and messages with senior management and members of the board of directors
  • An understanding of healthcare globally, key market drivers, execution levers, and opportunities to lead constructive market disruption
  • Experience working in international healthcare markets on both business and clinical roles, across emerging and developed markets
  • Expertise across various domains of healthcare, including medical device/technology, care delivery innovation, consumer health and technology, and payor landscapes
  • Robust understanding of emerging healthcare innovation and delivery trends
  • Excellent communication, network, and influencer skills, including the ability to work effectively in a new business unit environment and matrixed organizations
  • Successful track record in diverse talent development and team performance excellence
  • Proven track record of recruiting and developing talent and building high-functioning and diverse teams
