Executive Assistant to Operations President

Vaco Atlanta is partnering with a prominent company in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Operations President. This is a direct hire position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Operations President, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation and planning of Board meetings, including travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Screen phone calls, handle routine correspondence, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in executive support.
  • Excellent technical skills are required, especially in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and PowerPoint.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate environment, preferably supporting a President or other Executive Leader.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle routine correspondence and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Polished, professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
