Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at TEEMA Group. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and other specialty food service equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Restaurant and Hospitality Managers: Work closely with restaurant and hospitality managers to provide comprehensive service solutions that meet their needs.
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and other specialty food service equipment.
  • Communicate with Manufacturers: Communicate with manufacturers and consult the Technical Assistance Group for support to ensure timely and effective resolution of equipment issues.
  • Install Parts and Maintain Equipment: Install parts promptly and professionally, following company policy, and maintain accurate administrative documentation, including work orders, time reporting, receipts, and truck stock inventory.
  • Promote Additional Services: Promote additional services provided by our company to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Maintain Productivity and Safety Standards: Maintain productivity levels according to company standards and follow safe work practices and accident prevention procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Technical Experience: At least 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or relevant military service is required.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required.
  • Availability for On-Call Rotation: Willingness to participate in emergency on-call rotation, including nights and weekends, is required.
  • Availability for Overnight Travel: Availability for occasional overnight travel as needed is required.
