Compensation:
$48 - $55 per hour
Retention Program:
Upon joining, you will receive details about our unique retention program, which offers choices such as a $3,500 Cash Bonus, 40 Extra Hours of Floating Holidays, or $3,500 for Technical Training. Eligibility and specifics will be communicated after your start date.

Key Responsibilities
Our technicians maintain a unique service relationship with commercial clients nationwide. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting routine maintenance and responding to service requests.
- Performing repairs and equipment replacements.
- Coordinating with support teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Utilizing a fully equipped service vehicle and necessary tools.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Washington State 06A license.
- 3-5 years of experience in Commercial HVAC (Chiller experience preferred).
- Ability to travel to client locations as required.
- Compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and climbing.
- EPA Certification is mandatory.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols.
- Ability to pass background checks and meet security clearance requirements.
Skills Required
- Installation and servicing of HVAC systems.
- Routine maintenance of refrigeration and ice machines.
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for HVAC systems.
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance and recommend repairs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Timely completion of paperwork and reporting.
- Capability to work independently.
