**Job Summary**

Community Tissue Services is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Marketing Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Marketing Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, while also promoting our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Receive and document incoming order requests and complete data entry accurately

• Engage customers with exceptional product and service knowledge

• Prepare tissue for distribution and review orders for accuracy and completeness

• Act as a liaison between customers and distribution

• Direct customer inquiries regarding contracts or inventory to the proper departments

• Responsible for consignment and branch inventory control

• Handle and document graft returns and transfers accurately

• Represent CTS at professional meetings and assist Sales Representatives and Independent Contractors as needed

• Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory standards and ability to convey to clients

• Fulfill departmental strategies and objectives

• Perform administrative duties, including maintenance of files and manuals, implementation of standard operating procedures, tracking Employee Document Review forms, and ensuring timely completion

• Meet KPIs set by management

• Participate in individual and team projects

• Responsible for on-call/after-hour emergencies pertaining to branch and local customers ordering

• Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**

• High School or better

• Must be highly customer service focused, able to handle inquiries, and escalate concerns promptly as needed

• Must be able to follow directions and serve as a team member

• Must be able to report numbers accurately and monitor error control

• Must be a self-starter able to perform duties with minimal oversight

• Must meet minimum acceptable results on attention to detail assessments

• Heavy lifting required

• Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelors degree preferred

• Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) preferred

• A minimum of one year of applicable marketing experience preferred

• Strong Excel knowledge preferred
