ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a Regional Marketing Director who will collaborate with the Regional Marketing Management Team to execute essential marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary liaison with various stakeholders to develop, present, and implement marketing and promotional strategies for multiple Live Nation events, primarily at the arena and amphitheater levels.
  • Act as the main local contact for artist marketing representatives regarding venue and event marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the local talent acquisition team to ensure the success of events across various venues.
  • Design impactful promotional campaigns for Live Nation events utilizing diverse regional media partners.
  • Gather and analyze audience and artist demographic data to inform marketing strategy development.
  • Identify and engage new strategic marketing partners to enhance visibility for artists and venues within the community.
  • Work alongside the Venue Marketing team to optimize event awareness across social media, email communications, websites, and within the venue.
  • Ensure accurate input of all necessary event marketing information into Live Nation's proprietary marketing systems.
  • Coordinate multiple expert teams to effectively execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, media events, public relations, and content creation.
  • Provide post-event marketing analytics reports to artists in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee grassroots marketing efforts and coordinate street team activities with local market contacts.
  • Provide on-site event coverage as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree, though not mandatory.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in event marketing within the entertainment, sports, or public assembly sectors is preferred.
  • Experience managing local media relationships for at least 8 years is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with artist marketing representatives for a minimum of 8 years is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the marketing landscape in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
  • Flexibility to work during days, evenings, and weekends as required by business operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
