Your Role:
We are in search of a Regional Marketing Director who will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives. This individual will collaborate closely with the Regional Marketing Management Team to execute essential marketing strategies that enhance the visibility and success of our events. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary liaison with various stakeholders to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies for multiple Live Nation events, particularly at arena and amphitheater venues.
  • Act as the main local contact for artist marketing representatives, ensuring effective communication regarding venue and event marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with the local talent acquisition team to optimize the performance of events across various venues.
  • Design and execute impactful promotional campaigns utilizing diverse regional media partners.
  • Gather and analyze audience and artist demographic data to inform marketing strategy development.
  • Identify and engage new strategic marketing partners to boost artist and venue visibility within the community.
  • Work alongside the Venue Marketing team to maximize event awareness through social media, email campaigns, websites, and on-site promotions.
  • Ensure accurate input of all necessary marketing information into Live Nation's proprietary marketing systems.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to successfully implement marketing campaigns, including advertising, media events, public relations, and content creation.
  • Provide post-event marketing analytics to artists in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage grassroots marketing efforts and coordinate street team activities with local contacts.
  • Oversee event coverage on the day of the show as needed.
Qualifications:
  • A degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in event marketing within the entertainment, sports, or public assembly sectors is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing local media relationships for at least 8 years.
  • Extensive experience working with artist marketing representatives for a minimum of 8 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of the marketing landscape in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
  • Flexibility to work during the day, evenings, and weekends as required by business operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
