Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Representative to join our team at Starling Chevrolet - St. Cloud. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, and coordinating all incoming telephone sales inquiries, showroom floor requests, and internet queries.
Key Responsibilities- Answer all incoming Sales Appointment calls and follow up with non-appointment incoming sales calls.
- Contact unsold Showroom traffic leads and follow up with missed appointments.
- Confirm pending appointments and work with internet sales leads by contacting customers and setting an appointment for a dealership visit.
- Perform other duties assigned by department manager.
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education or coursework desired.
- Previous call center experience highly desirable, but not needed.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Able to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
- Professional appearance and confident phone voice/skills.
- Computer and internet skills.
