Business Development Manager

Bremer Corporate Office is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and developing new clients, as well as growing and expanding existing relationships. You will manage a portfolio to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and the achievement of benchmark standards and individual performance objectives, while minimizing credit risk exposure.
Key Responsibilities:- Business development and retention
- Credit analysis
- Loan structure design
- Risk management
- Community involvement and ensuring the assigned portfolio is in compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience & 7-8 years' experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Sales Experience
- Experience in the credit administration and lending functions
- Background in commercial business operations and commercial real estate
- Experience with business development activities
- Ability to demonstrate and consistently model Bremer values, Bremer Leadership Competencies, and foster an inclusive work environment
