Job Description

**Job Title:** Operations Manager - Service Delivery Expert

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Agile Legal. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project management and service delivery operations, managing a team of project administrators, and developing a strategic vision to optimize service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project management and service delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Manage a team of project administrators to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize service delivery and improve operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of the operations team, including resource management, capacity planning, and performance reviews.
  • Help assess and establish policies and procedures for operational needs.
  • Advise the CEO on identified needs and develop implementation plans.
  • Maintain good customer relations through regular communication and quality assurance.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to adhere to company policy and improvement initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators and maintain overall project schedules.
  • Organize and lead daily progress meetings to support staff and mitigate potential issues.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing operations in a professional services firm.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., Agile, PMP, PMI) is preferred.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with program evaluation review technique (PERT).
  • Strong inclination and desire to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., SWOT, RACI).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and make key decisions in a fast-paced environment.
