Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced facilities operations manager with a proven track record in maintaining large-scale facilities. The successful candidate will manage a facility encompassing approximately 600,000 square feet.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Foster strong relationships with the plant team and management, including engineering leaders.
2. Lead initiatives to enhance facility operations and maintenance.
3. Oversee janitorial services, fire safety systems, HVAC systems, landscaping, and equipment management.
4. Utilize innovative problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.

Essential Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in facilities management.
- Background knowledge in fire safety systems, HVAC chillers, and air compressors.
- Proficient in developing and managing spreadsheets and reports.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of budgeting processes and job hazard assessments.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant facilities management experience with a technical focus.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Interview Process:

The selection process will include a phone screening followed by an on-site interview.
