About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Clarios. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and equipment, while also driving continuous improvement and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to manufacturing and maintenance team members, supervisors, and production associates.
  • Work with the manufacturing team to establish the sequence of operations used in the manufacturing process.
  • Establish equipment specifications based on new product development.
  • Implement and maintain safety requirements for equipment and processes throughout the plant.
  • Supervise the maintenance department to efficiently achieve projects, reduce equipment downtime, and improve production efficiency.
  • Ensure all environmental, safety, quality, operations, budget, and production targets are being met.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate direct reports.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with instrumentation, PLCs, programming, and troubleshooting Allen Bradley processors, RS Logic, and I/O cards.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair control circuits, relays, starters, timers, etc.
  • Wiring and programming of various AC/DC frequency drives.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing of mechanical systems such as gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, and hydraulic systems.
