As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of service quality and ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience. This includes managing the front desk operations, supervising staff, and implementing effective strategies to maximize room revenue and maintain established standards and procedures.

  • Develop and implement effective front desk operations to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including complaints and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the hotel remains competitive and compliant with regulations.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of front office management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and other departments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • A high school graduate or equivalent, with some college preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
