Patient Care Coordinator I

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is a leading cancer research and treatment center seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I - Back Office to support our clinical operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care services.
Responsibilities
- Triaging faxes and records for disease groups, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Managing the BOTC shared inbox and assisting with financial clearance processes as needed.
- Working closely with providers, nurses, and team PCCs to provide safe, reliable, and efficient patient care.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including maintaining contact sheets and uploading urgent images.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry in a Windows-based environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
