Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator I to join our team at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. This role will provide administrative support to our clinical operations team, ensuring seamless patient care coordination and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage incoming faxes and records, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Manage the shared inbox and coordinate with clinical teams to resolve issues
  • Assist with financial clearance processes and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including data entry and document scanning
  • Collaborate with providers, nurses, and other team members to ensure safe and efficient patient care
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

What We Offer

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center offers a competitive hourly pay range of $24.48 to $34.86, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including retirement savings plan, employee assistance program, paid sick leave, and paid holidays.
