About the Role

The Sales Support Coordinator is a key member of the sales team, responsible for assisting in the acquisition of new business. This involves working closely with sales executives to understand their strategies and providing administrative support, including analyzing and monitoring information related to specific opportunities using the CRM platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and experience with CRM management. They will also possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales executives in understanding their prospect identification and acquisition strategies
  • Provide administrative support, including analyzing and monitoring information related to specific opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to track strategic follow-up action items during the sales process
  • Support efforts of the sales enablement and proposals team as needed
  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to enhance support for sales

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of the sales process
  • Experience with CRM management and structure
  • Strong relationship-building experience and abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
